Hanson and Drake gig ends in riot
Fans rioted at a free concert in New York by Drake and Hanson after police shutdown the show because of overcrowding.
25,000 fans verged at South Street Seaport for show. Organisers were expecting 10,000.
The show was cancelled before Drake or Hanson took to the stage causing the fans to go wild in the street.
Police noticed the crowd was getting out of control at around 6pm. Some fans had been waiting since midday. They started throwing bottles and plants at each other. At 7.15pm, the show was officially closed down.
