Elton John protester charges dropped
Charges against a 65-year man who picketed outside the Atlanta home of Elton John have been dismissed in court.
A judge has found that the man who protested with a sign reading 'Elton John Must Die 'did not warrant criminal charges' according to the judge.
Neal Horsley started his one-man protest enraged that Elton John has commented that he believed Jesus was gay. Elton said he thought that Jesus was a 'super-intelligent gay man'.
Horsely was arrested for making 'terrorist threats' and used a website to also vent against the singer.
