The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance is very excited to announce famed big beat band, The Dub Pistols, as the headline act for ICMP Graduation 2009 to be held at Matter in London’s O2 on November 1st.

Following the afternoon’s graduation ceremony, Matter will open up its doors to students and guests for this special gig. Located within the world’s leading live music venue, the O2, Matter serves as the perfect setting for the event, boasting one of the best sound systems in the world within a breathtaking purpose-built environment. Graduating ICMP student bands and The New Devices will be taking the stage before headline act, The Dub Pistols.

The Dub Pistols have spent the best part of a decade at the forefront of the Beats culture, adding an element of rock n’ roll to the UK’s dance scene. Known for their live draw, the band’s incredible ability to mix genres has led to remix work for some of the world’s biggest artists, including Moby, Crystal Method, Limp Bizkit and Korn, as well as working with hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes.
