Email this story Printable version Mel B had 'a bit of 'you know what'' in an attempt to speed up the birth of her unborn baby. The former Spice Girl is expecting her first child with husband Stephen Belafonte. The 36-year-old already has daughters Phoenix Chi, 12, and four-year-old Angel Iris from previous relationships. Mel is due to give birth any day now and has taken to her Twitter page to ask her followers for suggestions to get her labour started. 'ok,i have walked, had a hot curry,a bit of "you no what' cried at a movie, bounced up and down on work out ball,STILL no labour, any idea's? (sic)' she asked her followers on her personal Twitter page. After a few suggestions, including drinking castor oil and 'nipple tweeking', Mel resigned herself to the fact that she will have to be patient. The 36-year-old songstress told her fans that she'll have to wait till the unborn tot decides. 'i am being very chilled about it peeps but it would be good if it happened soon,ya no what i mean!!' she said. 'well i guess this baby has a mind of it's own,it will come when it's good and ready!! thanks for all your suggestions xxxxxx (sic).' Mel also revealed that her husband's recent cuisine didn't go according to plan. The curly-haired star is suffering after eating Stephen's Mexican-themed pizza. 'my hubby just got a recipe from an old mexican lady that he is gonna make for me tonight,so will keep you posted, wish me luck guys!! Arhhhh,' she wrote before later posting, 'omg i coukd only handle 3 bites of the pizza,it blew my head off, eyes watering, mouth on fire,i am done done done!!! f**k me that was NO joke. 'om friggin god i just finished the slice off,now i gotta lie down (sic).'
