New Claims Could Hurt R. Kelly Defense

(May 4) - R. Kelly's five-year battle against charges of child pornography is expected to take hit from a woman who will offer shocking new testimony."She was involved in a threesome with [the girl] and R. Kelly," a source told the Chicago Sun-Times.
The threesome allegedly included a girl -- now in her 20s -- whom prosecutors say was 13 or 14 years old at the time Kelly videotaped himself having sex with her during a separate incident.The defense intends to argue that the woman said to be in the tape is not in fact the same woman the court has identified. But the new witness could undermine that claim, as she can presumably identify the girl.
