(May 12) - Tween sensation Miley Cyrus is weathering a storm after a photo shoot of the semi-topless 15-year-old caused the young 'Hannah Montana' star to apologize to her fans.
But now, she's thanking everyone for sticking by her during the scandal, PEOPLE reports."We're all changing. I thank you for helping me as I grow through that," she said at the Wango Tango concert in Irvine, Calif. over the weekend.Cyrus also expressed her gratitude to fans for getting her "through everything that's been going on in life."
