The 'Mean Girls' actress left the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, at around 1.35am this morning (02.08.10) after serving just 13 days of a 90-day sentence, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department has confirmed.
The 24-year-old star was taken straight to the UCLA Medical Center to begin her court-ordered 90-day rehab stint.
Lindsay had originally been due to enter Morningside Recovery rehab centre in Newport Beach, California, but Judge Marsha Revel changed her treatment destination to UCLA amid concerns information about her treatment would be leaked to the public.
It has been claimed Lindsay will be isolated from her family during her stay in the rehab facility ' a move which has been blasted as 'stupid' by her estranged father Michael Lohan.
He told RadarOnline.com: 't is beyond a reasonable doubt stupid. Part of Lindsay's healing process is mending fences with her family.'
Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in rehab last month after violating the terms of probation set from her 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) conviction.
